Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all product sales made by RUBI to its customers via its website, by phone, or through any other means of communication. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs without reservation.
2. Products and Prices
2.1 Products: The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur, and RUBI cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information.
2.2 Prices: Product prices are indicated in euros and may be modified at any time without prior notice. The applicable prices are those displayed at the time of the order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are specified during the checkout process.
3. Orders
3.1 Placing an Order: The customer places an order by following the online process. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to pay the total amount indicated, including the price of the products and shipping costs.
3.2 Order Confirmation: Once the order is placed, the customer receives a confirmation email summarizing the order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order, but rather an acknowledgment of receipt.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment Methods: Orders can be paid for by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method accepted by RUBI.
4.2 Transaction Security: All transactions are secure and encrypted. RUBI does not store any customers’ banking information.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Times: Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the destination and product availability. RUBI strives to meet these timeframes but cannot be held responsible for delays.
5.2 Receipt of Products: Upon receiving the order, the customer must check the condition of the delivered products. In case of damage, the customer must inform RUBI as soon as possible.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason or pay any penalties.
7. Liability
RUBI shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the products sold. Its liability is limited to the amount of the order.
8. Personal Data Protection
The information collected during the ordering process is necessary for processing and managing orders. This information is strictly confidential and is not shared with third parties.
9. Disputes and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction. These T&Cs are governed by French law.
10. Amendments to the T&Cs
RUBI reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on RUBI’s website.
